I've realized that during some live webinars or PMTalent16 webinar, window chat has a lack of interest due to missing basic rules of behavior.

I'm compiling all the behaviors that I've observed.

What are from your point of view this Basic Rules that all we should ensure.

People should be made aware of how to use the Q/A section in Live Chat and Live Chat should also have the feature of Issues/TroubleShooting as lot of Noise in the Chat is related to Can't Connect, Can't Hear the Audio or the Video is too Blurpy
People should not share links in live sessions and i my self have made this mistake of Saying

Hello or Hi from Pakistan, Lahore/ People should avoid that

Hi Mudassar,

Thank you for your input, Why do you think that is a mistake said: "Hi from XX"? Previous comments for other members said that is nice to have some courtesy.

Actually generally accepted behaviour is to write text in chat box only when it is requested by the presenter, and I think this is most of the community members already aware of.

In my understanding, in a professional gathering or collaboration on the net rules are unstated and understood without a reference, still for those who just come to a webinar to earn a PDU or just for the sake they don't have anything else to do at that moment, might tend to such untoward behaviour, Mayte's guide is a must.
