Does PRINCE2 course qualify for the PMI-ACP education hours

I am applying for PMI-ACP. I have enough work experience for this application but I do not have any education hours. I am planning to take PRINCE2 Foundation and Practioner Courses and exam. It is 5 days course. I want to know if this can be qualified for the Education hours required for PMI-ACP application.

Sorry because I will not answer your question but let me say this: the best way to face with the certification application is to understand the handbook and other documents inside the PMI certification website and ask to PMI customer care (the address is inside the books). That will keep from a headche.

Interesting question

Interested in knowing the official PMI answer.

If positive, it would cover the Education hours. I would not go with just that. Anupam and Sergio answer on what are the prerequisites fro the exam.
