I would add 'Project meets objectives'.

Also, with the recent discussions around BRM (Benefits Realizations Management), wonder if there would be any value in including a mention of of Benefits Realization.

have you seen the map already? The list of optional success criteria is much bigger than listed here.
Please let me know if you still missing something here.

Regarding the BRM it is in fact so, that with the next PMBoK Guide Edition the BRMP - Benefits realization management pan will be introduced as an additional input to the "develop project charter" process.
And of course we will add this also to the MP4PM framework if times come ... ;)

Markus, I see your point. Thanks for the feedback. That will be an important decision, especially where organizational direction changes amidst the project timeline.
