I think is a great year for project management and all related. Adding business analysis at PMI´s scope (formally becuase the PMI is working on that from 2010) will create a more solid environment where project/program and portfolio roles will be clearly delimited mainly because hugh different focus and skills are needed.

I thinkI that the "Resource Management Skills" are important for the Proyect Management 4.0 because is necessary to know the project gains and losses.
