Some of the questions in PMchallenge does not follow the correct term as defined in PMBOK-5th Edition i.e.

Some of the questions in PMchallenge does not follow the correct term as defined in PMBOK-5th Edition i.e. "Develop Human Resource Plan" instead of "Plan Human Resource Management". The question is whether we should deviate from PMBOK terminology?

No you should no deviate from PMBOK if it is a major deviation - There are lots of issues in those questions which PMI are working on updating if I am not mistaken. There was a previous thread that addressed the same concern as yours.

The questions are definitely set against an older version of PMBOK.
