I am writing a gap analysis that someone started and I am tasked with finishing it. The person who started this project left without any notice and without leaving any notes. I have very little time and the framework has already been defined. I must include a short Change Management section (about three) pages. Not a complete plan. Does anyone have any examples of how I would approach this?

It depends on the nature of change management. Are you talking about organizational change management? Or are you talking about scope change management?

Start with the end state impact on stakeholders and work backwards.
