It depends on what your assistant PM will do. Do you expect the person to actually do PM work or just do administrative duties? Saving Changes...
Because, if you are looking for this "PM" also will implement the software, I will recommend look for someone techy savvy or SME with managerial skills. And not a CAPM or PM.
