It depends on what your assistant PM will do. Do you expect the person to actually do PM work or just do administrative duties?
Could you describe a little the role?
Because, if you are looking for this "PM" also will implement the software, I will recommend look for someone techy savvy or SME with managerial skills. And not a CAPM or PM. It's very important how you create the job description in order to avoid that not only you, but also the people looking for a job don't waste time.
