MS Project 2013 Resource Sheet % Allocation Updates

In MS Project 2013 initialized all resources to 100% in the resource sheet. Would like to change it to 50% and apply the change allocation to all tasks in the project automatically without having to do it one task at a time. How to do this? Thanks

Yoy may try to change the working schedule for that resource in particular (bear in mind that resource calendar is different than project calendar). For sure you may find tutorials in the web that give further details on how to do it.
