As a program manager, what would be your deliverables that you plan for bi-weekly? This may not be necessary what is only in your programme schedule, but all the other things that you need to do in 2 weeks or in a month in your programme.

Project, Program or Portfolio? It may differ based on culture, governance, standards, tools and templates. Are you looking for some specific recommendations?

What kind of problem are you trying to solve? It really doesn't matter what examples we share; your PMO and organization should have a governance structure, communication plan and define the methods, reporting and templates to use for the various audiences.

We do have all these. I guess my question is not clear. The programme project charter will also identify the governance and standards and methodology that will be used to manage the programme, and identify and also justify any deviations from the organisational way of doing things. There are those things that you do during the process of running a programme which are not documented anywhere, but you find yourself doing them. Hence I was saying what are other deliverables you find yourself doing in the programme, even if they are not part of your plan but crop up and you have to deal with, whether they take much of your time or not?

Does you governance/standards/methodologies identify specific metrics? If so, then you should consider making sure these are updated and shared.

Nolundi:

I'd definitely identify what is required and what is a "nice to have" as far a new deliverable for the program. A program is operational so I'd expect you'd for example develop a new process you'd want approval to document the process, procedures and standard templates & incorporate them into your program.
