I recently read something very interesting about the best time of day to get work done. According to clinical psychologist and sleep specialist Michael Breus, your genetics can tell you when it’s the perfect time to do just about anything. We all have heard the terms “early bird” or “night owl”, but there might be something to thinking about this when you work with teams. We might look for certain tasks at a time of day when each person is most productive. There is also an online quiz on this subject (takes about a minute at www.thepowerofwhenquiz.com) where you can learn your chronotype – looking at your natural sleep and genetic rhythms. He categorizes people based on this into 4 categories – dolphin, lion, bear and wolf. Being cognizant of this might help us work more efficiently with our teams. What do you think about this? I am considering using this information in a presentation I am giving at hospital on efficiencies. Saving Changes...
Interesting, but poorly build site, at half the video it pops another question then send me to the book and no way to get back to see the end of the video
It sounded interesting to that point! Saving Changes...
Seriously I am BEAR ah love it! That’s funny, if only it is true, I have definitely won a huge bear in a raffle years ago!
Thank you for sharing Lori! Saving Changes...
