Dear Members,

I've been benefitted in various ways after successfully completing PMP.

I ensure to complete the scope and plan before start working on execution and regularly monitor the risks involved and issues invoved to steer the project project well.

I would like hear from your end how you applied your PMP knowledge in Practise both in Work and Personal.

Appreciate your quick replies. Thanks in advance :)

I assume that when you wrote "PMP" is the certification. Let me say: to complete scope and plan before start working will depends on the approach you use to do things. Returning to the question, is not necessary to get the certification to apply project management. Everybody in this world applies project management from the time they wake up.

I totally agree with Sergio ... Before and After the PMP I applied PM in the same manner but definitely the PMP added value.
