Last year I ran a survey of project managers and non-project managers. It was a short survey aimed at identifying some of the expectations that project managers and their team members have of the roles of project and program managers.
The response was great, and I will be publishing the results soon.

Now I am interested in finding out from project, program and portfolio managers how they feel about personal and team engagement.

Please help me by taking this survey. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you Gbadeyan. I agree with you that the human factor is really important. There is no substitute for experience, but I believe t that some basic engagement strategies can be learned. It is how we practice and develop those strategies that determines how successful we are.
