So can I do daily scrum with whole team members and PM?

Hi Uma Shankar,

If daily scrum with whole team is feasible, then its good to execute it. Another way is to travel once in while to get F2F interaction & discuss on how business side stakeholders are perceiving the project & cover points, which are not part of daily scrum.

Hello Rami,
I will be dealing with the developers and mainly will look if the development process is smooth or not and if there is any issue,if we going with the time limit.

If this is the case then you need to clearly identify all Stakeholders and their responsibilities and establish an effective communication Plan and this will help in both time and quality management.
