Best project/task management software for specific needs?

Hello all,

I'm struggling here and would appreciate some advice. I'm the Marketing Program Manager for our Marketing group At our game studio. There was no process when I came in and I'm here to build that process and organize our group, and then spread this through the whole company. Here's my dilemma.

I need a project management software/system that fulfills the following basic needs:

1) Task management
2) Digital Asset Management (the ability to tie a task to an asset, track the stage of of that asset, and have full visibility on approval).
3) Gantt charts
4) easy way to see status on multiple tasks at once.
5) version control.

Much more to be added when I think of it.
