Dear Members,

I'm currently working on preparing template for project / program introduction as one pager document. The idea it should generic and not people depedent as people keep shuffling in the organisation.

Following items planned to cover in the Template :

1. Program Name 2. Signficance 3. Key Projects in program 4. Project Details 5. Stakeholders 6. Links for the project (html).

Please let me know suitable headings to cover in that one pager template.

If anyone already had such template, request you to kindly post for reference.

Many thanks, looking forward your kind help :)

Search this site for template, charter, etc. Review and research the links. Google search will also help too. You can also just create a template in MS word and work with your team to refine since you know what you want in it.

Do you know what your stakeholders want to see? The items you, Naomi, and Liana list are all good information, but you can spend a lot of time researching templates and still not present what your stakeholders want. They may want a lot of detail, or minimal detail with stoplights. You might consider preparing a draft, in advance, and then running it past one or two people you trust to see if they have specific requests or feedback.
