In you practice have you utilize the Decision Tree Analysis?

Decision tool mainly use in risk management, where you rate each option (choice) with proper probability, costs and consequences.

How often are you using it?
Have you evaluated is it proven useful?

Yes, I used it.

Sometimes also I did it after the team took a decision, to share in an easy way to the SteerCo, it means, a small draft with 3 levels was very useful to share why we took a path.
Maybe, sure will help them understand the choice!

Vincent, I supposed you will need as many levels as you have decisions to make.
That is what I do. Some don't really put more then two level.

I used the Decision Tree analysis all the time and break it down to as many levels as required to reach a decision. Very useful tool.
It is a great tool I agree.
