No matter what the style of project management being deployed, resolving conflicts by confronting then and problem solving is a must. Most o the time I find its just about listening and helping the parties interpret what the real issue is. It can be viewed as a negotiation, and I recommend the book "Getting to Yes" by Roger Fisher as well as researching conflict resolution through coaching. Good luck! Saving Changes...
