My name is Joana Schenk and I'm in my final semester of my Bachelor's in International Business Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. I'm currently writing my thesis on "Key Competencies of Project Managers for Successful International Project Execution in the Non-Profit Sector" and am looking for NGO project managers with the following selection criteria for an interview:
- Coordinated international development projects in Africa or Asia - Working experience as a project manager (minimum of 5 years) - Working level proficiency in English as interviews will be conducted in English
Topics will include a short summary of your project manager experience & certifications, project manager competencies specific to the NGO/non-profit sector, and cross-cultural management skills in relation to international development projects.
