The company I work for has traditionally been executing IT projects in a waterfall model. Recently senior management have come up with a strategy to shift the methodology over to Agile, and be 100% converted to Agile model by end of 2018. This definitely calls for a cultural (aka mindset) shift in everyone involved in projects.
