I believe all 3 are 'American', but I could be wrong. Not sure what difference that would make, but I am interested in learning.
As far as using the word 'globally', it is the word Rami Kaibni used. So let me rephrase it. Which certificate would be more accepted in the US? Or are they fairly equal?
