You need to start by understanding your team members' developmental needs and then you choose tools/resources/training etc to suit their needs.
To enhance team effectiveness, one must be capable of employing different types of interventions. As the old adage goes, “To a person with only a hammer, everything looks like a nail.”
The following may be considered when a new team is set up, or when reviewing the effectiveness of an established team:
1: Establish the team’s goals and objectives
2: Set up team structure (membership, roles and responsibilities) and processes
3: Establish workplace supports.

Hi Mudassar,
Communication is the most important "tool" !
Of course, you cac use differents technics and tools. For an exmple, i'm using Trello to add an agile approach in my project, mixed with traditionnal approaches : planning with PM tools...i also use the Office 35 tools like Planner, and some free software to define my main plannings and milestones. In our company, we use the tool our team created, but now it's available for other teams to try. It's HeySpace, the combination of features known from Trello and Slack - Kanban boards with chat, we were tired of jumping between these two apps to manage projects and collaborate efficiently. Here you can find out more about it: https://hey.space Saving Changes...

Do you follow waterfall or agile methodology? If you follow agile scrum, you 'd have ceremonies along the way as well, which will force team members to also engage with each other. For instance, to help them understand the backlog, try using whiteboarding. Engage them in discussions, when you estimate your stories. Try to direct conversations in different directions so that all team members get to speak up. Saving Changes...
