What is the next thing to do?

The WBS and WBSD are completed. The project team had begun working on identifying risk. The sponsor contacts the project manager requesting that the responsibility assignment matrix be issued. The project has a budget of $100000 and is taking place in three countries using 14 human resources. There is a Little risk expected for the project and the project manager has managed many project similar to this one. What is the next thing to do?

If PM is experienced/managed similar project should know what is next....:-)

Define Activities,Estimate Costs, Determine Budget,Identify Risk...etc

Yes absolutely define the activities, and start aligning them with the strategic objectives.

The PM needs to complete the planification proccesos group, in other words, define activities, estimate cost, etc, just like mentioned by Rajasekar and Liana

I agree with all comments on the board...Here are my add-ons:

Following WBS and dictionary, define activities, sequence activities and determine dependencies, (these two tasks will be the backbone of your network diagram),
estimate resource requirements, determine activities time and cost, finalize schedule and budget, determine quality standards and what metrics will be needed to measure quality performance, finalize process improvement plan, finalize roles and responsibilities, finalize communications plan, complete risk management planning.

All of those tasks should be done in some capacity on most projects. They may be addressed quickly given good historical data from similar projects, expert judgment from experienced PM and team, smaller work scope, etc. but all need to be given some consideration and review.
