The most recurring issue I encounter is the resources unless followed up, do not do the tasks that are assigned to them related to putting in the dates, confirmation of some tasks done, time logging, etc.
After a number of follow ups and not able to get the tasks done, I started a process where in I have project status meeting exclusively to ensure these important tasks are complete in addition to actual execution of their project tasks. It showed good results. Saving Changes...
