which is the most effective delay analysis method for construction project? Please share your experience ..

There are lot delay analysis procedures/ methods ( Like Time impact, collapsed- As built etc ) for construction , which one can be used as effective to substantiate the parties.........

well its all depend on the case in hand (i mean project situation /event status)
In general the delay analysis is categories into two major part
a.Prospective analysis (Foreword looking)
b.Retrospective (Backward looking)

In case of prospective analysis TIA is most preferred option specially when delay event is small in nature like less than reporting period..and it consider as proactive approach of delay analysis

In case of retrospective Window analysis is generally preferred as it easily enable analyst to differentiate concurrent delay..
