I work as an IT Consultant for a university which is about to lauch an ERP project. We are planning to replace our current in-house developed administrative and student information systems with a packaged ERP system. I am seeking insight from Project Managers who have managed ERP implementations. What lessons have you learned from the experience and what would you do differently if you were given the chance.
