Lessons learned to be accessible need to be well structure. Do you have define way to do it (template) or should it be just plain text. Saving Changes...

I usually use the Guided Continuous Improvement workflow. What did we do well and how can we reinforce the good practices for an improved future ways of working. What did we do wrong and how can we avoid next time. More of the quality of information than the format for me. The entire team participation is very important to capture all lessons and i do this during the course of the project and not at the end. Saving Changes...

Hi Vincent,
I have created a template for a project closure report with 5 sections:
1- Overview: This section includes the project's objectives, deliverables, and documents.
2- What worked well: This section includes lessons learned, phase and recommendations for the project team.
3- What did not work well: This section includes lessons learned, phase and recommendations for the project team.
4- Circumstances not anticipated: This section includes lessons learned, phase and recommendations for the project team.
5- What would be done differently: This section includes lessons learned, phase and recommendations for the project team.
This template can be used as a separate document or included in the project closure report.
Whether or not to share this as a knowledge centre across departments, SIGs, CoPs, or the organisation is a separate discussion. Saving Changes...
