Setup a PMO function in a pharmaceutical company, logistic sector

I need to setup a PMO function in a pharmaceutical company, logistic sector.

Hi Ricardo, great info right here on this site. Go up to the menu for "practice areas" select "View All" and then pick PMO or Pharmaceutical.

Just out of curiosity, what problem is the PMO going to solve/what value will it be adding?

Make sure your vision is clear and that the PMO adds business value, not bureaucracy. Don't try to make your PMO exactly the same as someone else's. Use what makes sense for you; your company may have different needs.

Make sure your vision is clear and that the PMO adds business value, not bureaucracy. Don't try to make your PMO exactly the same as someone else's. Use what makes sense for you; your company may have different needs.
