Hi All, your expertise and support is kindly required to assist me with an ongoing project management research to answer a single survey question.

The survey should take 1 minute to complete.

A high percentage of projects run into difficulties, and many projects fail or are completely abandoned with serious loss of value for their stakeholders. These 14 Key Results Areas are critical to the success of any project as they represent the set of different actions carried out during a project implementation lifecycle. They represent the key set of critical success factors that are absolutely essential to the success of a project.

This survey is part of a larger academic research project focusing on challenges and difficulties associated with large-scale, complex and major projects and complexities inherent in the implementation and delivery of projects and the reasons why they fail far too often.

This particular survey will be used as part of the research project to help understand the importance of the 14 Key Results Areas identified below within the context of avoiding project failure.
