I learned that no matter how much you plan and assess risks, the bandwidth will always fail you. I had issues with the sessions due to that, despite my best effort. What I did hear was excellent and well presented. I especially enjoyed the keynote presentation. "Backing up is not backing out"-Alison Levine. Saving Changes...
The event was very interesting.
Ed is right the bandwidth, redundancy and plan for more bandwidth then expected. I lost many conference to watch them on demand later in the day.
Hope there where internal lessons learned.
