PMXPO staff did a great job today. It was managed like a project, delivered with an enthusiastic high performing team and focus was on managing stakeholder expectations to deliver value! As a speaker and attendee it was well attended, issues were addressed and great bonus for on demand session through July 2017.

I learned that no matter how much you plan and assess risks, the bandwidth will always fail you. I had issues with the sessions due to that, despite my best effort. What I did hear was excellent and well presented. I especially enjoyed the keynote presentation. "Backing up is not backing out"-Alison Levine.

The event was very interesting.
Ed is right the bandwidth, redundancy and plan for more bandwidth then expected. I lost many conference to watch them on demand later in the day.
Hope there where internal lessons learned.
An excellent event, none the less.

I was unable to attend any of the live sessions. I guess I missed on the bandwidth issues. I did take all of the presentations on demand.

They seem to get better each year.
