Memorizing the ITTO’s can be helpful for passing the exam but not for long term. Applying the process and using the trusted Project Management methodologies increases the success of any project irrespective of the scale of project. Would like obtain an simple method for understanding the same from Exam as well as real life projects perspective.

Navadeep, with all my due respect please let me say that it is some kind of confussion into your words. Fist of all, PMBOK is a "list" of practices no more than that. As the name, is a guide. You have to choose a project life cycle to put the practices into action. And perhaps, you can follow a method based on the project life cycle you select to do that. To memorize the PMBOK will not help you in your each day work. You can have the list on hand each time your organization will start a new initiative in order to select those that best fits to the initiative.

I think most of the ITTOs we actually follow in our daily project management activities. You need to related those ITTOs with our work and would be easily memorable. All the best!

I used mind mapping exercises as a way of transforming the processes into pictures and stories.
