Hi Eric and Andrew,
I also chose option D, however it is showing correct answer as option B.
So, I wanted to know what is wrong here. Any comments?

Sonaly,

There are some post about wrong questions in the PM Challenge...maybe this is one of those...I thought that was D.

The question is not very specific to yes it can be B and at the same time I agree with my fellow colleagues that D is a correct answer too.

I believe that option B is incorrect, you never estimate hours but effort. I've noticed that a lot of Agile question in PM channel need corrections - they have missing points, wrong html, or wrong answers...

B is definitely wrong answer, since you don't estimate based on effort but based on complexity in most agile contexts.
It's a common mistake when introducing agile, to connect estimation of story points with hours. It seems this made it into PMChallenge - as Anna recognized this is not the only agile question which need correction.
