Dear Anonymous, one approach that was shared at a recent PMI dinner meeting was to award incentive compensation for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. It also helps to have a collaboration framework for the team to use. Even a well organized network shared folder can do. Also, there might be some inhibitors or roadblocks preventing knowledge sharing. Some equate possession of knowledge with job security.
