I'm trying to enter my PDUs earned in the PMI.org site and can't. I get down to the bottom of the form and cannot enter the amount of my PDUs in the different categories.
I'm applying for my ACP and am being audited. What a pain in the butt to deal with! Trying to gather all of the information on the many projects I've worked with over the past years is difficult when I left, and others are gone as well. Scrambling. Saving Changes...

Hi Lisa, regarding entering PDU's, my first thought was browser issue. Maybe try a different browser? Might have to report if continues.
As far as the audit, definitely don't hesitate to call PMI. People leave companies, it is not uncommon to have difficulty getting in touch with anyone for verification purposes.
I was audited too, and found calling and discussing my concerns was extremely helpful. They are there to assist.

I agree with Mr. Craig in the the folks at PMI are definitely there to help! I too was audited and so I called in to PMI and found there customer service team very helpful and easy to work with. Saving Changes...

I've emailed PMI about the issue entering the PDUs and they really were not helpful. Sad. I would really like to be able to use their system to record my training. I've tried using firefox, chrome and safari and the most recent version of each.
I have almost everything I need for my audit but for my educational information for agile. Tried getting information from one of the providers but haven't received it yet.
But I've also reached out to PMI to see if I can use my upcoming ACP prep course instead of the items that I've listed in my application.

i too am having problem reporting, gives error to enter values but there is no field / option. I also tried different browsers. robotic chat has no precooked answer. past experience with asking for help was not helpful but will try again.
I was left to hang on CHAT with message contacting agent for 20min. I tried phoning offered phone number +1 610215 2587 and i get message read back to me "change your URL" and hangs up :-)... support is very poor not much has changed with PMI from my last challenge with them.
but happy to hear others have such good experience

Seems to be an ongoing issue. I have tried Edge, Chrome and Safari and on all browsers the little triangles are not active in any way. No way to enter hours..??? Saving Changes...
