Hi Lisa, regarding entering PDU's, my first thought was browser issue. Maybe try a different browser? Might have to report if continues.
As far as the audit, definitely don't hesitate to call PMI. People leave companies, it is not uncommon to have difficulty getting in touch with anyone for verification purposes.
I was audited too, and found calling and discussing my concerns was extremely helpful. They are there to assist.
They also have a live chat help option.
I agree with Mr. Craig in the the folks at PMI are definitely there to help! I too was audited and so I called in to PMI and found there customer service team very helpful and easy to work with.
I've emailed PMI about the issue entering the PDUs and they really were not helpful. Sad. I would really like to be able to use their system to record my training. I've tried using firefox, chrome and safari and the most recent version of each.
I have almost everything I need for my audit but for my educational information for agile. Tried getting information from one of the providers but haven't received it yet.
But I've also reached out to PMI to see if I can use my upcoming ACP prep course instead of the items that I've listed in my application.
I was left to hang on CHAT with message contacting agent for 20min. I tried phoning offered phone number +1 610215 2587 and i get message read back to me "change your URL" and hangs up :-)... support is very poor not much has changed with PMI from my last challenge with them.
but happy to hear others have such good experience
