Anyone else having issues entering PDUs in the PMI.org site?

I'm trying to enter my PDUs earned in the PMI.org site and can't. I get down to the bottom of the form and cannot enter the amount of my PDUs in the different categories.

I'm applying for my ACP and am being audited. What a pain in the butt to deal with! Trying to gather all of the information on the many projects I've worked with over the past years is difficult when I left, and others are gone as well. Scrambling.

I just submitted my PDU claims to the CCRS website (ccrs.pmi.org). I can confirm that it went through, and I received email notifications from PMI saying that the PDU claim was approved. I'm using the Chrome browser, and it doesn't seem to have any problems with it.

I'd suggest to clear your browser cache and try again?

I've had the same issue: no place to enter those PDUs.



I have over 40 LinkedIn Learning Certificates with a PDU code to enter, but...



I've also contacted LinkedIn Learning and someone graciously responded, but I do not believe she was aware of the error.



I've found the Chat features pretty much useless for this issue and I'm disappointed to not find a readily available support e-mail contact, where I could send screenshots of the issue.

I also face the same issue. I am not getting the textbox to enter PDU in pmi
