How RBS & WBS are linked

We make WBS,we also make RBS,practically RBS lower levels should somewhere flow into the main WBS

Thanks everybody, finally the action for Risk needs to be there in the WBS at some point with resource cost & schedule

Risk is continuous on the project duration. According to you organisation and the size of the project it might be a full time ressource or more a regular implication.
Cost of risk management can be plan on you schedule, but not usage of the risk budget.

I suppose the first to address is at what point do we identify risk? The impact and probability of risk happening as documented in risk register could be linked to each work package in WBS. For instance, risk associated with technical equipment will be well managed if its ranked again the resource at that level. A matrix of chart might well serve that purpose.

RBS is a list of resources own by resource type that is used to facilitate planning and controlling of project work.RBS (also known as the User Breakdown Structure) fields in a Project file are specifically coded by the administrator of that project, usually the Project Manager.
While The WBS is a hierarchical division of the principal work elements for a project.
