I listened on my way home from work. Excellent stories, from all the participants. I highly recommend. And, of course, great job Rami!
You are so right in emphasizing communication amongst team members, peers, and stakeholders or clients. We are all on the same team. I'm a firm believer in inclusivity and transparency. If you keep sweeping small items under the carpet, eventually, it gets lumpy. Hurdles are inevitable, the mark of a leader is what do you do next.
Paul also had a powerful story. It really opened my eyes to the subtle bullying that takes place in the workplace. I have experienced many of them, but never attributed it to bullying, just poor management or people skills. I was blown away by the stats he shared too, but having now realize I was a victim as well, and how subtle it can be, especially if you do not realize what is happening, you will not attribute it to bullying. Very powerful, and enlightening.
I admittedly skipped over most of Lisa's section b/c I was running out of commute and wanted to hear your section : ). I'll get back to it tomorrow.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to it Andrew - I appreciate your valuable feedback. You know I really spoke about those issues out of experience. We always learn from our mistakes.
Lisa's section is quite interesting as well.

hi Rami, thanks for sharing!! It's very interesting and thoughtful podcast. It is always in my mind very recently as all of those examples can be related. With that pain, thought and angst- and to bring(if at all), some change, I always learned to voice my concerns and offer suggestions at the table, but the leadership seems to care less.
