Indeed, so far more than 50% of poll takers have been audited as of the first day of the poll.

I have been audited once. Not a big deal, but did create a bit of stress accommodating all of the requirements. It all worked out in the end. And to note, PMI was very helpful when I had questions regarding the process.

It is a little stressful, in my experience I was ready to sit the exam, and it through me off, as I needed to chase previous sponsors in two different countries. So it delayed my exam by 1 month, and I had to re-focus and sit the exam when I had very little spare time, unlike the previous month.

Yes, I was audited twice and I passed both audits.

Wow twice? I hope they have a stop-audit on any of your future applications. Imagine getting audited 3 times when others have zero audits. It would seem better to spread out audits for more applicants than repeating audits for the same person; just my opinion. What was your experience like Denise?
Interesting, since I was told once by an instructor that audits were around 3% of applications. This poll seems to show otherwise. Denise was audited twice, so what are the odds there? Perhaps my instructor was wrong. In my case, I was audited once, but it was my fault as I didn't fill in the forms correctly, and PMI was helpful.

I think I filled out something wrong too on one of the applications. I'm not sure about the 2nd time though.

When I started the initiative to take my first credential I knew that there was a possibility to be audited. So, before complete my application, I was sure that people I put as reference would be available. I was audited at this time. And it was easy to me to send the needed information back to the PMI.

It seems most people had a good experience with the audit.
