I could not clear exam in first attempt... can anyone help or guide..

I assume you are talking about the PMP. Well, you need to understand the KA's rather than learning them by heart and do practice simulation exams. I advise you to sit for the test one more time soon, don't leave it for long. Good Luck !

I advise my students to start again with a 4-hour 200 question mock exam so that you can confirm your areas of weakness. You are welcome to use my company, Medhira’s PMP® mock exam (http://bit.ly/2oOLqiD) as it pinpoints areas for improvement by providing detailed analysis of your test score.
Then, setup a plan to read the PMBOK® and take tests regularly from at least three sources. Target scores at an 80 – 90% range before attempting the PMI test again. As others have mentioned, Rita Mulchay’s book is a great source. In case, you are interested, we also offer supplementary notes and other tests, such as PMBOK® based chapter and process group based test kits to help you with your test readiness.
