Can anyone suggest free,opensource "Daily Task reporting tool" ?

Main objective is to add the daily tasks of resources against Billable hours,Bugs Hours,Meeting hours,Coordination time etc.

Not free, but I found JobPro to be very easy to use. I also had a look at PPO (which focuses a lot on the PM methodology in how it's structured). I would've suggested MS Outlook to allocate tasks but I do not know if you'll be able to use it for billable hours
