I am trying to find someone to virtually speak at my company's PM group on the topic of "emotional intelligence in project managers" for 30 - 40 minutes in September. Does anyone know of someone who would be interested? This could be an excellent way to earn PDUs and also network! Please reply to this post if interested or have any ideas for how I can find someone qualified to do this. Thank you.

Anita,

Thanks for your interest. This is for a presentation on emotional intelligence for project managers at BD's Project Management Community of Practice meeting in September or later. This is an unpaid position but it would be great for the speaker to network and to earn those PDUs. If you are still interested, please let me know.

Thanks!!

Dear Emily Kappele ,

I interest to speak .

EQ reflects a person's ability to empathize with others: identify, evaluate, control and express emotions ones own emotions; perceive, and assess others' emotions; use emotions to facilitate thinking, understand emotional meanings.

In Case of requires EQ of employee individually ,

it may be good go for a EQ tests that are different tools available like questioner , computer based test , psychometric test, interviews , observations,360 degree feedback , self report,Ability/performance,MSCEIT and so on.

However , emotions can be changed time to time and can not be consider fist impressions.
