I believe 'Complexity' was the theme of May.

Complexity can come from the technical side - solution, integration. Can also come from number of external dependencies, size or span of project, environmental factors (weather dependent), resource location (time zone challenges), etc. Complexity can also be created unnecessarily from within the project itself; negligence, poor documentation, lack of scope/change management.

Project itself is a complexity , on community level in the international development interventions , how ever the topic is interesting and valuable. per my experience the "Culture and traditions" is also an important factor that brings much more complexities during the implementation phase of the project . The project manager need to have a sufficient knowledge of the culture of the people where the project is designed to be implemented .

Projects, being unique, are therefore complex. Are there specifics complexities of interest? (Stakeholder management, risks, etc). There are several books on the topic.

Many of the failures of projects are the complexities of people that are internal, external and supporters of your project. Don't forget the people factor of your projects.

Dear Mam,
You mean that people ( internal and external stakeholders) are also cause of complexity in projects?
