I believe 'Complexity' was the theme of May.
Complexity can come from the technical side - solution, integration. Can also come from number of external dependencies, size or span of project, environmental factors (weather dependent), resource location (time zone challenges), etc. Complexity can also be created unnecessarily from within the project itself; negligence, poor documentation, lack of scope/change management.

The project manager need to have a sufficient knowledge of the culture of the people where the project is designed to be implemented .

Dear sir,
I am looking for complexities in the whole life cycle of the project which are also not industry specific. Would you like to share these book's name? because I m doing my thesis on causes of complexities in projects.
Thanks
Tahir:
Many of the failures of projects are the complexities of people that are internal, external and supporters of your project. Don't forget the people factor of your projects.
