In my organization the communication is very important, we give it the priority it deserves, we look for in many ways that the message arrives clear and that there is additionally a feedback from the receiver. The work team and the interested parties are all the time in contact with me inform them every day of the work to be done and at the end of the day I send them by electronic mail a small report of the executed in the course of the day, until the moment this means of Communication has been efficient in my company, from the beginning it is made very clear that this medium is one of the most important and is requested to be reviewed by each one during the course of the day and at the end. We also know how difficult it is sometimes to manage communications and that everything is perfect, conflicts are generated commonly but are given priority and are resolved in time.
