im searching for a BIM software. is REVIT is the best one? and how can i link it with MS Project?

Like most Autodesk applications, Revit is a full-featured product. It comes with an enterprise application price.

You can export the Revit schedule to an Excel spreadsheet. You should then be able to import the Excel spreadsheet into Project.
