There is a need for increasing the awareness about empowerment and leadership in project management fields.
Project leaders/Mangers require to recognize the importance of empowerment and in particular psychological empowerment ( Human touch ) for achieving best performance levels of project teams and ultimately securing project success.
My PhD research is intended to address and explore this area further and in depth, in order to help project leaders /managers in understanding the impact of leadership and psychological empowerment on project team performance and project success.

2- Inviting for more involvement of project teams which will support making the right decisions
3- Creating pleasant environment that will encourage smooth communications and sharing the information
4- common vision ,that will call everyone to work against one goal,project success.
