Good leadership style is one which builds leaders out of others. Using the power of knowledge sharing and delegation, generally using the principles of using the structure while helping out those who come in between, keeping a balance between the matrix organization and complexities of human nature to get motivated to perform at their best. A leader should be calm and quite and has to develop ability to resolve human resource issues, develop individuals, have a good understanding and listening capacity. Need to keep up good relations with seniors and juniors, learn and teach from everybody as far as possible. Be happy and ensure to make others happy in their work. Keep everybody safe at work.

Best/Worst is relative. Know as many as possible, then be adaptive per situation.

Leadership style is a personal thing and it comes naturally in every individual related to their personality types. It is determined by behavior like introversion and extraversion, thinking and feeling, and judging and perceiving.

Everybody has a unique leadership style and it tells about your personal leadership style. Personal leadership development process is determining your personal style and then developing in the right direction.

All depends on the situation! What is more important for me is the ability to discern what thinking skills will support the problem solving at hand.

I believe the best leadership style is the one that allows you to be the most effective leader for your team in a given situation. It really depends on your team, not on you as the leader. But you have to be able to adapt to the needs of your team.

In my opinion the best leadship style is to adapt the culture of the organization and make the organization continuous improvement. then achieve the goal of you want.
That's the good point. Adopting the Change from previous company culture to the new culture is one of the good thing to prove the leadership ability. Can I take the liberty to say that Service leadership is one of the best style.
