While I think the option of having a ring, is okay, as some would wear it, I think the lapel pin, is more universal and conveys the recognition of being a PMP. Saving Changes...

I did not receive it either. It has been 2.5 years but i never received it (unlike you, i did not follow up with email or contact the CS). I just let it go :)
@Alexis, i prefer pin to a ring (because i am not "a ring" person)

Hi Sisca, I emailed customer service again and they responded. So hopefully in around "6-8" weeks I will have it. I am neither a ring or pin person, but somehow I feel left out if I don't get it (joke).
