Hi all, I am looking for suggestions. My friend works at a company and is in need of services company. His company was using a company for multiple uses like project management and IT management. But there were some problems in their relations recently and they are looking for a new company for their needs.
The following are their needs
- The company should be able to manage all of their IT services and should be available as a technical support.
- The company should have a project management solution and should be willing to help to move from the current one.
- The company should also have project delivery services.
For the past few days, I have been searching for such companies since he has been helpful for me in similar situations. But I was only able to come up only a couple of options. And only one checked all the boxes. So I am looking for suggestions. Also, the one IT services company I found was this (http://www.zycomtec.com/what-we-do). Please review them if you have any experience. Saving Changes...

Has your friend's company considered resolving the issues with their current provider?
Whatever alternate company they use will have an uphill battle learning and transitioning their company, culture and infrastructure.
Sometimes it pays to work out your differences.

They actually had a few discussions on the matter and the service provider was not ready to change their stand and they were talking real rude not even considering that they are talking to a customer.

That sounds strange that they would take such a detrimental, hard line? Surely, they would know that it would mean a bad reference?
