What's The Difference Between Work Packages and Control Accounts?

Work Performance Information are the calculated SV and SPI time performance indicators for WBS components, in particular the work packages and control accounts, are documented and communicated to stakeholders.

The similarity is that both are in your WBS.

The work package is, of course, the lowest breakdown of your WBS. The control account is inserted at specific places of your WBS as a EVM control point.
