Most of the time when a provider "guarantees" outcomes, it is that if you were to fail the exam, they will let you re-take some or all of the prep course at no charge.
This is cold comfort as you should be focusing on passing on your first attempt. While prep courses can certainly help increase your odds of succeeding, they are one component of an overall study plan.
Also, you can contact your local chapter, maybe they can recommend you a good training course.
Regarding of the "pass guarantee", check the small letter in the agreement, there is never a full guarantee. Saving Changes...
