How will this timing affect your plans for attaining one or more of these designations?
Are you planning to write the exam ahead of the deadline based on the older content or will you be one of the brave ones who is the first to write the new exam?
The Exam Content Outline (ECO) for the PMP won't be changing as that's based on a Role Delineation Study which PMI hasn't re-done for that designation. However, the ECO for the CAPM will be changing... Saving Changes...

I'm not planning on taking the exam, but if I was, I would be doing it now before the changes come in, because I'm familiar with the old version. Saving Changes...

I have an interest in the ACP, though whether I will target for before the changes occur, not sure. I suppose I better make a decision quickly!

Hi Andrew,
just checked it again but can't find any information about the ACP change date yet.
If we do assume that it will be also around the end of march you do still have more or less a half year for prep and sitting for the exam.
I would recommend going for it now (like Elizabeth ;) ).
Regards,
Markus

@Kiron:
Could you please share the source for this information, especially regarding CAPM and PMI-ACP exams. Since yet I just can find the PMP related information on the PMI website.
Thanks in advance. Saving Changes...

I wonder how useful is the new Agile Practice Guide for pre-March ACP exams?

Stéphane -
I did a quick read of it and it does cover a lot of the foundational content which was tested during the exam. Similar to the PMP, I'd expect folks will still need to consult a few other sources, but it will likely be a significant reference.
